        To accelerate our working process, we are introduced to a concept called Scrum, which is a management process that has been implemented in our team. However, to provide an insightful overview on Scrum, our scrum master has shared some tips and core concepts of Scrum.

        We fully understand the purposes of implementing scrum and we have also been shown the full process of standardized execution of scrum in real world projects, especially in our team. At the end, we are able to finish our project before the deadline and we ensure that no one gets stuck during each sprint while being exhilarated to see the expected outcome at the end.
