        To keep us on the right track, we have an annual meeting with our chairman to acquire more knowledge, guidance and direction to make clarity of our company objectives. We strongly encourage our team to follow the clear career path set by our company as everyone has equal right to grow, learn and express their ideas; hence, we have to enhance our collaboration, teamwork and mindset to expose a working environment that is full of warm and support.         If we still keep focusing on the theory, we will eventually reach the place to which we plan. Only commitment might not drive us to where we are, but HITT and COTT prove an insightful view of our journey. However, bear in mind that, good things take time. There might be a marvelous result at the beginning, yet we will see the desired outcome at the end.
